That’s what faithful Folk Fest fans asked as they turned out in droves to kick off the 2009 party in Prince’s Island Park despite the fact that internationally renowned headliner was sidelined by illness. Young and old, coordinated and clumsy, people were out to have a good time Thursday night and photographer Erin Lough was on-site to capture all the action.
